About our Karahi
Karahi is the dish Multan judges a restaurant by. Ours starts with fresh meat and a hot wok: the meat is seared, then cooked down with tomatoes, ginger, garlic and green chillies until the oil separates and the masala clings to every piece. Shinwari karahi keeps it minimal, Lahori karahi turns the spice up, and white karahi folds in cream and yoghurt for a gentler, richer finish.
Each karahi is made when you order it, so it arrives at the table still bubbling. Order ahead on WhatsApp if you are picking up, and tell us how spicy you like it.
