About our Handi & Qorma
Handi cooking is about patience. The meat simmers gently with yoghurt, cream, fried onions and whole spices until the gravy turns silky and the meat is falling-apart tender. It is milder than a karahi and comforting in a way that keeps families coming back.
Our qorma follows the home recipe: browned onions, a measured hand with spice, and enough time on the stove for the flavours to settle. Both are ideal for sharing.
