Ordering
How do I place an order?
Call us on 03000-635106 or send a WhatsApp message with your dishes, quantities and pickup time. For dine-in, just walk in or book a table for groups.
Can I order on WhatsApp?
Yes. Use the WhatsApp button on this site; it opens a chat with a pre-filled message. Add your dishes, headcount and the time you want it ready.
Do you deliver?
Delivery arrangements can change, so we do not publish a promise here. Please ask on WhatsApp for your area and we will tell you what is possible today.
Do you do takeaway / pickup?
Yes. Order ahead by phone or WhatsApp with a pickup time and your food will be ready when you arrive.
How long does an order take?
Karahi is cooked to order and takes roughly 20 to 30 minutes for chicken, longer for mutton. BBQ comes off the grill in rounds. Sajji is slow and should be pre-ordered.
Why does karahi take so long?
Because it is cooked fresh in the wok when you order it. The meat is seared, the tomato gravy is reduced until the oil separates, and it is brought to you still sizzling.
Can I pre-order for a large group?
Yes, and we encourage it. Send the dish list, headcount and arrival time on WhatsApp a day ahead for groups over eight.
How much food should I order for ten people?
As a rule, about three kilos of karahi across two dishes, 25 to 30 pieces of boti plus kababs, one tray of rice, bread for all, and one dessert per two people.
Visiting
Where is Arabian Grill Restaurant?
We are in Model Town, Multan. Use the Directions button on the site for a Google Maps route from wherever you are.
What are your opening hours?
We would rather not print hours that might be out of date. Call 03000-635106 or message on WhatsApp and we will confirm today's timings.
Is parking available?
Model Town is easier to park in than the Gulgasht strip. Ask when you book if you are arriving with several cars.
Do you take table bookings?
For groups, yes. Message your date, headcount and arrival time on WhatsApp and we will confirm. Walk-ins are welcome for smaller tables.
Is there family seating?
Please ask when booking so we can tell you what is available that evening rather than promise a layout that changes.
Are children welcome?
Yes. Malai boti, chicken kabab, chicken handi and a milder biryani are the usual orders for children. Ask about high chairs in advance.
Is the dining area air-conditioned?
Ask when booking and we will confirm the arrangement for your table on that day.
Dietary
Is all the food halal?
Yes. All meat served is halal.
Do you have vegetarian dishes?
The printed menu is meat-focused. Rice, naan, salad, drinks and dessert are vegetarian. Ask on the day about any vegetable dish rather than relying on this page.
Which dishes are mild?
Mutton rosh has no chilli. White karahi, malai boti, malai chicken pieces, reshmi kabab and Afghani pulao are gentle. Handi, qorma and biryani can be made milder on request.
Which dish is the hottest?
Lahori karahi, chicken or mutton. Shinwari karahi and tikka boti come next.
Can you accommodate allergies?
Tell staff before you order. Malai and reshmi items, white karahi and handi contain dairy; cheese kabab contains cheese; Afghani pulao and lab-e-shireen may contain nuts.
Which dishes may contain nuts?
Afghani pulao and lab-e-shireen traditionally include nuts. Some marinades use cashew paste. Confirm with staff when ordering.
Events
Can you cater a wedding or large event?
Send the date, headcount and dish list on WhatsApp. We will tell you clearly what we can deliver and whether it is pickup or something more.
How far ahead should I book an event order?
Several days for large orders, more around Eid and wedding season. Confirm the order in writing on WhatsApp with one contact person and a pickup time.
Can you cook our qurbani meat on Eid?
Ask well before Eid. It depends on kitchen capacity on the day, and we would rather say no in advance than let you down.
Can we bring a birthday cake?
Yes. Mention it when you book so there is space and plates for it.
