What qorma is
Qorma is a braise built on deeply fried onions ground into a paste, yoghurt, and whole spices like cardamom, cloves and cinnamon. It is darker and more aromatic than handi and less fiery than karahi.
Mutton or chicken
Mutton qorma is the celebratory version with a thicker, oilier gravy. Chicken qorma is lighter and quicker. Both are priced per portion on our menu.

Serve with
Plain rice, naan or sheermal. Qorma over biryani rice is a Karachi habit that works here too.
